A hot full flavoured sausage with a delicate hint of garlic and blended spices.
Spicy Garlic Seasoning
A subtle garlic flavour, with a complimentary blend of rubbed dried herbs and spices.
Pork & Tomato Seasoning
Prime Spanish tomato and paprika give a well balanced flavour, well received by the "younger element".
Country Herb Seasoning
A flavour full sausage, using blends of sage and thyme to a traditional recipe.
Lamb & Mint Seasoning
A clean fresh minty flavour optimising spearmint and peppermint, with a hint of onion.
Old Banger Seasoning
A traditional sausage using breadcrumb, ground spices and a hint of premium onion for a more distinctive product.

The same profile as the Farmhouse Seasoning but with the addition of mixed herbs associated with a traditional rural recipe.
Beef & Horseradish Seasoning
A full bodied beef seasoning with deep colour and medium pepper content, blended with premium grade horse radish powder for that extra special tasty note.
Whiskey & Ginger Seasoning
A carefully balanced seasoning incorporating two types of ground ginger to compliment the realistic whisky flavour. Slightly acid with a warm mellow note.
Pork & Mustard Seasoning
A mild pork seasoning of eight ground and extracted spices blended with both ground and whole grain yellow mustard to produce a distinctive sausage, with the whole grain mustard providing and interesting texture.
Lamb & Apricot Seasoning
A change from the usual mint flavours, this is a sweet seasoning containing black pepper to produce a rich mellow flavour, the addition of diced dried apricot and additional flavour produces an interesting addition to the flavour profile.
