Jensen Bosse is a director of Hagesud Bosse UK responsible for day-to-day management of the company .

Jensen joined Bosse Ltd in 1981 after an initial career in banking. Today, in addition to his role as finance director, Jensen is responsible for the day-to-day management of the company's business operations which includes purchasing, marketing and new business development.

Jensen is an authority on sourcing the raw ingredients used in food flavour and seasoning recipes.
